WS Audiology

One of the world's largest hearing care groups, serving millions of hearing aid users across 10+ brands in over 100 countries.

Multi-brand design system

When WS Audiology set out to build a new hearing care app, engineering proposed reusing the skinning engine from the previous product, a code-only theming layer with no design counterpart. I pushed back and made the case for a proper token-based design system.

AI Assistant

A conversational AI feature for hearing aid companion apps, designed from scratch. The assistant gives users contextual support for device issues, sound settings, and troubleshooting without leaving the app or waiting for their audiologist. I validated it with real users across three countries, handed it off to engineering, and it shipped.

Privacy & consent system

A global hearing care app needed a compliant, accessible consent architecture from scratch: four consent types, dependency logic, moving legal requirements, RTL support, and a European Accessibility Act mandate.

Bluetooth pairing flow

Bluetooth pairing is the first real interaction a hearing aid user has with the app. It's also where the most drop-offs happen. I designed the full decision-tree flow: from welcome screen through device discovery, pairing, and error recovery, across iOS and Android.

CARIAD · Volkswagen Group

Volkswagen Group's automotive software subsidiary, building the unified software platform and in-car App Store across the Group's eight vehicle brands.

B2B App-Store Portals

CARIAD, Volkswagen Group's software subsidiary, was building an in-car App Store on Android Automotive OS. Getting a third-party app onto a driver's screen meant passing three internal B2B portals across the eight Group brands, none of them properly designed. As sole designer on the redesign I owned discovery, IA, five-stakeholder journeys, a dual-mode component system, and a hi-fi OEM Admin Portal.

Personal Projects

Side projects built outside company work, where I own design, product decisions, and shipping.

Sudokue.

A Sudoku hint engine that names the technique and highlights constraint cells. No ads, no give-away answers. Built solo in React and TypeScript using Claude Code and Cursor as implementation partners.

PUMA learning platform

A web platform that connects real-world problems from companies and public organizations to university students through Problem-Based Learning. As sole designer at the University of Brasília, I usability-tested and redesigned a core module, then designed and tested the platform's entire public-facing environment for desktop and mobile.

This portfolio

Designed and built in Cowork with Claude. A case study in direction over execution, where the designer owns the brief, the critique, and the decisions.

Product designer with a systems background. I've spent the past few years building design systems, shipping complex mobile products, and designing AI-powered experiences in healthcare.

I work across the full product stack: token architecture, component library, product discovery, interaction design, accessibility specs, usability testing, and engineering handoff.

I direct Claude and Cursor as implementation partners. Idea to working prototype in hours, not days. The judgement calls still sit with me; the tools just remove the friction between intent and shipped code.
